WEBSOLUTIONS.TO will provide a 100% refund on all software charges within three days of each project stage completion. Charges related to artwork creation and visual lay out are not refundable. Domain name charges are not refundable. Please see below for more details.
Specific Refund Guarantee: Software
If WEBSOLUTIONS.TO is unable to meet an agreed upon and specific project commitment documented in the Client Project Approval process then we will refund the budget amount allocated to that particular feature and undertake to ‘fix’ the feature at our own expense.
3- Day Refund Policy: Software
All charges related to software development and script installations are supported with a money-back refund guarantee. This is solely enacted at the clients’ discretion and MUST be done within THREE BUSINESS DAYS of project completion. All materials, documents, scripts and images retained by the client must be returned or destroyed. They may not be used, transferred or copied without the express permission of WEBSOLUTIONS.TO.
Cancellation Policy: Hosting
Hosting can be cancelled at any time without penalty. Charges for hosting to the date of cancellation are not refundable.
Refund Policy: Domain Names
The cost of procuring and registering domain names is not refundable.
Refund Policy: Artwork
Charges related to the creation of artwork and specific graphic treatments such as the production of Flash Media are not refundable. |
