We advocate that the freedom to program what we choose needs to be balanced by a sense of responsibility and a code of business conduct. Otherwise, the liberty we enjoy online is not worth having.

CODE OF ETHICAL CONDUCT

1. We will not sell, rent or distribute visitors personal information to third parties for any purposes without their approval and consent, barring the law of the land.

2. We do not install secretive tracking code or spyware on web projects.

3. We believe an appropriate use of database technology is to build web projects that solely benefit the users. We subscribe to the Debian Free Software Guidelines (DFSG) model and strive to develop systems that can reach those guidelines.

4. We will not work on projects that are pornographic, illegal, rascist, homophobic or simply just offensive to us.

5. We will charge a fair price for our work.

If upon reading our Code of Conduct you feel that we do not reflect your personal or your business values then it is probably best that you find another web developer.
